Grady Autonomous Grading Demo – Click-Through Agreement

This system is provided to you as part of a limited pilot within a selected academic institution. You have been granted credentials to access the demo for the sole purpose of evaluating Grady's autonomous grading capabilities.

By clicking "Login", you agree to the following terms:

1. Authorized Use
   
   • You are granted a temporary, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this software solely for the purpose of evaluating its grading capabilities.
   • You are permitted to use this system only manually, and only for the trial purposes of this academic pilot. Any use outside this context is strictly prohibited.


2. Prohibited Actions:
   
   • Using the grading feedback to train, fine-tune, or develop any other autonomous or semi-autonomous grading system (this action is strictly forbidden).
   • Automating interaction with the software, including via bots, scripts, or batch processing tools.
   • Copying, recording, or reproducing the system's interface, logic, or outputs in any form, unless this action is done for the purpose and/or part of this trial.
   • Reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the system's methods or design.
   • Sharing software outputs or behavior insights with any individual or entity not part of this trial.


3. Confidentiality
   All aspects of this system—including its outputs, methods, and behavior—are confidential and proprietary. Disclosure, without the written permission by Determinant Technologies, outside the pilot context is prohibited.


4. Intellectual Property
   All rights in the software and its outputs remain the exclusive property of the company. No rights are transferred by this demo.


5. Disclaimer & Termination
   This system is provided as-is for demo purposes only. Access may be revoked at any time.
